2. Data processed
This website only collects the personal data that the user voluntarily provides through the contact form available on the site's pages (name, email address, phone number and message). The site does not offer user accounts, e-commerce or newsletter subscription.
While browsing, only the technical data strictly necessary for the site to function are processed (technical cookies, see the Cookie Policy below).

3. Purposes and legal basis of processing
To respond to requests submitted through the contact form, on the basis of the consent given by the user via the dedicated checkbox on the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and/or for the performance of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
To ensure the security and correct functioning of the website, on the basis of the Controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
To allow, only upon consent, the display of third-party content such as the interactive Google Maps map (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Nature of data provision and recipients
Providing data through the contact form is optional: failure to provide it makes it impossible to receive a reply. Data are processed by the Controller's authorised staff and are not disclosed or transferred to third parties, unless required by law or by a competent authority.

5. International data transfers
If the user consents to displaying the Google Maps map embedded in the site's pages, certain data (e.g. IP address) may be processed by Google LLC, including in the United States, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. For more information: Google Privacy Policy.

6. Retention period
Data collected through the contact form are kept for the time necessary to handle the request and, in any case, no longer than 24 months from the last contact, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g. accounting or tax obligations).

7. Data subject rights
You may, at any time, exercise the rights set out in Articles 15-22 GDPR by writing to info@teamplast.it: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority – Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it) if you believe the processing infringes applicable law.

8. Minors
This website is not intended for individuals under 16 years of age and does not knowingly collect data relating to minors of that age.

9. Changes to this policy
The Controller reserves the right to modify this policy at any time; any changes will be published on this page together with the update date.
